HAF FUNDED PLACES - Those eligible for free school meals
We’re pleased to share that Willow Tree Cherry Lane is working in partnership with West Sussex County Council to offer free HAF-funded places at our Summer Holiday Club.
We have 10 free places available each day across 16 dates, a single date on Monday 28th July, then from 4th August to 22nd August.(3 weeks) These are half-day morning sessions from 8am to 1pm, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions include lunch.
What is the HAF Programme?
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is fully funded by the Department for Education. It gives children who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals the chance to attend holiday activity clubs — completely free of charge — and includes a nutritious meal during their visit.
